Man U, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Tottenham Hotspur, Porto… they barely get a look in compared to the EIGHT Blues in the team. AS quoted the manager’s team on their site today, and it’s a sight to behold.
Mourinho’s ideal XI:
Petr Cech; Javier Zanetti, John Terry, Ricardo Carvalho, William Gallas; Claude Makelele, Frank Lampard, Mesut Ozil, Eden Hazard; Didier Drogba, Cristiano Ronaldo.
You’d struggle to beat that with any XI from history. That unbreakable back 5 has Paolo Ferreira replaced with Javier Zanetti… now that’s what you call solid.
The midfield has lovely balance, and the front 3 is just sensational. Who need Harry Kane or… any Man U players at all?
