It wasn’t just Frank Lampard giving a press conference ahead of the FA Cup game tomorrow. Jurgen Klopp was also in front of the microphones, and for the first time in a year, he had some bad results to talk about.
The Liverpool boss is contending with 2 defeats in 3, and by the sounds of thing, he’s not prepared to put out a team of youngsters against Chelsea in the game tomorrow to potentially make it 3 in 4.
Klopp’s words, as recorded by Neil Jones of Goal, make it clear it’s not going to be a youth XI like the one that beat Shrewsbury in the preceding round:
Klopp: "From the Shrewsbury team there will be for sure boys in the squad. Who will start, we will see. But it's a different situation from the Shrewsbury game. It will not be exactly the team."#LFC

That’s bad news for Chelsea fans looking for a cheap pass to the next round, but on the other hand given the form we’re in and the way our squad is stretched to breaking point, it’s hard to imagine us getting a result against any team the Reds put out.
