Chelsea are in the middle of a quite unique season.
With a transfer ban in place and a new manager in the dugout, they came into this season knowing that young players were going to play a big role – but perhaps nobody could have predicted it would be this big.
18 year old Billy Gilmour has been picked to face Everton today, becoming the 8th U21 who has been used by the club this season. Sky Sports picked up on this, and posted an interesting graphic with some jaw-dropping numbers relating to just how young this team has got.
