Coronavirus is everywhere, permeating every nation and every Instagram feed.
Chelsea players all over are posting messages of encouragement from their homes, including Antonio Rudiger, who today fired off a double thumbs up from his exercise bike, telling people to “stay fit, stay at home.”
It’s a worthy message, although we’re not sure if he’s following it himself. He seems to be in some kind of medical facility – unless that’s just all bathrooms are going to look like in our bleak virus-ridden future?
