Chelsea’s breakout youth star set for monster new deal

Billy Gilmour got all the praise for his impressive performance against Everton at the weekend, but there were two other Premier League debutantes in the game.

Tino Anjorin and Armando Broja came on later in the game as a reward for superb youth team performances in recent months.

Anjorin has 10 goals and 8 assists in 24 games for the youth teams this season, a quite ridiculous number, while Broja has been on the end of plenty of those assists.

The latter was also rewarded with a new contract earlier this week, and the former is set to join him, according to Football Insider.

They say that his current deal, which expires next summer, is about to be replaced with a far juicier one as the club looks to tie down another young talent long term.

We’ve lost our fair share of talents because they don’t want to sign new deals in recent times – let’s hope the club make sure this isn’t another one.
