The transfer rumour wheel doesn’t stop spinning, and now clubs have such a long time to think about their purchases we expect things to leak out more and more.
Chelsea certainly need help in defence, and if they continue their trend of turning to Serie A for players in that position, Marash Kumbulla could be the man they turn to.
