The nightmare that is the Coronavirus pandemic has literally stormed the globe and disrupted everything right now.
In terms of football, it has put doubts over whether seasons will even be completed, and it has already postponed the European Championships this summer by a year.
Everything is totally up in the air and some teams have no idea when they are set to return to their training grounds and start kicking a ball again.
The Chelsea squad had been in isolation until the end of last week after winger Callum Hudson-Odoi tested positive for the virus.
He is ok, and so are the rest of the squad, and Chelsea have now set a date to return to full training.
As reported by Goal, Chelsea have said April the 6th is the day training will reconvene. However, this is obviously subject to change due to the uncertainty of the situation.
It’s a crazy situation, one that most of us have never witnessed, and hope to never witness again.
