There are a number of players who continue to get linked to a potential move to Chelsea season after season.
One of those names who just seems destined to one day join the club is Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey.
Chelsea have been an admirer of the 22-year old Jamaican international since his younger days, but a move to London has yet transpired.
Since then, Bailey has had some mixed form on the pitch and interest had died down a little.
But a report via The Express, suggests that Chelsea are ready to reignite said interest and make a move for Bailey this summer, who they say will cost around £85 million.
Chelsea will face competition though, says the publication, citing Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal as all holding an interest in signing the former Genk player.
Bailey has been at Leverkusen for three years now and it looks like the time could be right for him to make his big move.
