The only silver lining of there being no football is that it looks as though Chelsea are sorting out some of their transfer business, and that often brings some exciting rumours.
On this occasion in particular, news of a potential move for Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho seems to be transpiring, at least that is according to The Evening Standard.
They claim that Chelsea are not put off over paying the £120 million expected to be required to land the England international, and in-house discussions have already been held by club officials regarding making the move this summer.
Sancho has continued to be linked to making a move to Chelsea this summer, but they are expected to face stiff competition from a number of other clubs chasing the star.
It is thought that Chelsea see Sancho as the one to finally fill the Eden Hazard void, who of course joined Real Madrid at the start of this season.
