Three players from one Premier League club have shown symptoms of the Coronavirus and the club are therefore testing all of its players as a precaution.
The report, via The Telegraph, does not name the club in question, but says that it has now put huge pressure on the league to be suspended rather than just play behind closed doors.
The latter decision has not even been confirmed yet, but something was expected on that today.
Now calls for the league to go one step further and just suspend matches are more rife than ever.
A number of top leagues from across Europe have already made this decision, but the Premier League were expected to go on as usual and at worst, just play out the season behind closed doors.
But the scale of this virus is growing rapidly and more major decisions are set to be made as a result.
Chelsea are due to play Aston Villa on Saturday and fans are eagerly awaiting any information. At the time of writing, it goes ahead as normal WITH fans.
