Porto left back Alex Telles has often been linked with a move to Chelsea over recent years, and the links are not dying off.
As reported by The Daily Mail here, he is once again described as ‘a Chelsea target.’
There is no doubt about his ability, and he would be a popular choice to come in and improve that area for Chelsea.
He also has a goal in him, judging by this footage below of him scoring an absolute screamer in the Portuguese league yesterday.
