Toni Kroos is a bit of a funny character, sometimes intentionally and sometimes unintentionally. His love of Robbie Williams is well know, and not a joke, as far as we can tell.
He likes the occasional Q and A on Twitter, and today he came up with an answer – an entirely serious one – that will give Chelsea fans a schadenfreude grin.
Asked about the worst moment of his career (that’s the polite translation of the actual Spanish question…), the former Bayern man replied without hesitation – the 2012 Champions League final.

Given how long he’s been at Real Madrid now, it’s easy to forget Kroos was in that Bayern team that we beat in their backyard.
While that might have been a tough night, the 3 consecutive titles he lifted in a row more recently will more than make up for it, so don’t feel too sorry for him.
