Predicted XI: How Frank Lampard will line up against Bayern Munich

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard risked it all and won on Saturday with a shock formation change against Tottenham, and the Blues boss now has the question of whether to stick or twist in the game against Bayern Munich.

We reckon he stays with the 3421, if only for the way it suits the players he has available right now.

Willy has to start in goal surely, after a win over Spurs at the weekend.

At the back, Reece James and Marcos Alonso will be useful out wide again, with Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azpilicueta marshalling the back.

In midfield, it will be Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic trying to hold back the Bayern tide, with N’Golo Kante not fit to help out.

The only change to Saturday’s team we see Frank making is bringing in Willian for Ross Barkley, but even that seems very harsh, and we can easily see him putting out the exact same team.

Mason Mount was excellent on the other side against Spurs and we expected him to be a key man once again as an inside forward.

Up front, Tammy Abraham may well be fit again, but Lampard surely has to stick with Olivier Giroud after his massive goal on Saturday.
