And Romano reported the fine details before that, confirming that personal terms had been agreed between Chelsea and Ziyech, and that a 45 million euro fee had also been agreed.

The 26-year old Moroccan international is a very high profile player and will be a big signing for Chelsea, but for super low value.
The left-footed attacker has had a glowing career so far, and will look for that to really peak at Chelsea in the Premier League.
