Chelsea linked with Moussa Dembele’s successor at Celtic

Chelsea have been linked with a move for Odsonne Edouard of Celtic.

The striker is an absolute goal machine in Scotland, and has taken over right where Moussa Dembele left off when the latter move to Lyon two seasons ago.

Edouard has been scoring for fun in his time north of the border, and he looks already like a totally polished forward ready to play at the never level. He has an incredible 19 goals plus assists in 23 games this season.

That seriously sounds like someone ready to step up. Just 22, he’s got a bright future ahead and Chelsea reportedly want to bring him in as support for Tammy Abraham.

We’d like to see him play against some better teams, but there’s no question his performances have been great, and we’re not surprised that our scouts have been very impressed, according to 90min.com.

Adding this guy to Tammy up front seems like a no-brainer, if the price is right.
