Chelsea are in the market for a centre forward this January, and on Sky Sports they were very clear that the latest man linked with a move to Stamford Bridge – Edinson Cavani of PSG – is the one to go for.
Paul Merson on the Sky Sports “Debate” show had a very clear vision of how we could use the Uruguayan.
He thinks that in games at Stamford Bridge where the other team is defending “he’s a major threat,” implying we’ll use him as more of a battering ram. He doubt his potential “running from the halfway line” however.
