There are about 40 hours left of this transfer window at the time of writing, and from a Chelsea perspective, things have been dead quiet.
Even the one deal that looked like a guaranteed cert with Olivier Giroud expecting to leave the club, is yet to happen and is no closer to a conclusion.
If Chelsea are to get any deals done now, they are going to have to move very fast.
They may also face having to make another late decision if the latest reports are to be believed.
Barcelona are preparing to make a late £20 million offer to sign Willian, according to Sky Sports.
Whilst this seems like a very unrealistic rumour, it was quickly backed up by Italian Reporter Nicolo Schira, who has gone as far as claiming that Barcelona are actually in talks to sign Willian.

Even still, I’d be absolutely shocked if Chelsea sanctioned this move so late on, unless they had a replacement sourced.
