It can be difficult to keep track of all the players being linked with making a potential move to Chelsea during this winters transfer window, or in the summer.
However, Chelsea certainly look like they could be pretty active during this window as Frank Lampard looks to add some quality to his current squad.

They had been previously linked to Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele, and the links are popping up again in a fresh report via El Desmarque as translated by The Daily Star.
They state that Barcelona are ready to sell the 22-year old France international forward, and Chelsea join Liverpool, Manchester United , Manchester City, Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich and Juventus as interested parties.
They do state that any move would happen in the summer, and only if they receive ‘acceptable offers’ for him.
Seeing as Chelsea are looking for reinforcements now, as well as the summer, this is probably a report that will phase out before popping up again nearer the time.
