(Image): Chelsea striker’s agent in Italy hoping to complete client’s exit

Movements are seemingly beginning to get close as we enter double figures in the amount of days that the January transfer window has been open.

One move that has always looked on and has always seemed like just a matter of time, is Olivier Giroud potentially rejoining his former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte at Inter.

There has been constant rumours regarding this move, and last night it was finally confirmed that the Frenchman’s agent was actually in Italy agreeing personal terms for his client with the Serie A side.

He is now just waiting for Chelsea to conclude the deal with Inter, and then everything should be confirmed.

This is according to the very reliable transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
