Frank Lampard has had his usual post match interviews with the press after the defeat to Newcastle, and has also spoken to Chelsea TV exclusively.
There he revealed his words, or at least his message, to the players in the Chelsea dressing room after the game.

“Heads up. Arsenal in a few days time,” he replied instantly when asked what he’d told his young group after the disappointing result in the North East.
He’s right – we can’t get bogged down with this when there are two games to play in the next week. Playing the Gunners will be a much tougher test than today, but a different one too.
Our last bad run ended up with a bounce-back win over Arsenal, could next week provide that same chance? That’s what the manager will be hoping for, but if we play like we did today, we’ve got little chance.
