Chelsea beat Hull 2-1 in the FA Cup tonight, but it wasn’t easy by any means.
The Blues had to battle very hard for the win in the end, with the whole game hinging on a late corner for the home side.
In the end Frank Lampard’s team held on, but they made things way more difficult for themselves by missing countless chances in the first half. It’s the same old story we’ve seen time and time again recently, and we wouldn’t have been let off the hook against anyone better than a mediocre Championship team.
We will certainly have to step things up big time against Leicester next weekend.
