Chelsea have sent scouts to watch another player as they search for potential new left back targets to come in this window.
According to The Express, Chelsea are considering Atalanta left Robin Gosens and have scouted him recently.
Gosens is a 25-year old German player who stemmed from the Vitesse academy. He can also play as a midfielder.
Chelsea could lose Marcos Alonso during this window with the player playing mainly second fiddle to Emerson for Frank Lampard’s side.
So they will need reinforcements in that area, with Ben Chilwell from Leicester City being their main target.
However, he is seen as impossible to sign during this window and Chelsea may have to wait until the summer if they wish to pursue the England international.
But as the days go on during this window and no concrete reports of any potential negotiations for new players, it will feel like every other window for Chelsea fans with any business left until the last minute!
