There have been a few players catching the eye in the Premier League so far this season, and as a result, some of them could soon land big money moves to one of Europe’s top teams.
One player who I am not surprised about him making waves is Aston Villa attacking midfielder Jack Grealish.
I’m amazed that Gareth Southgate is yet to call him in to the England squad, he’s been a quality player for the last couple of years to be honest.
The 24-year old put in another fine performance for Villa yesterday as his side claimed a draw at Old Trafford, and once again the noises and talk of his name followed.
One pundit who thinks he is on the verge of a big money move is Robbie Savage.
Speaking after the game, as reported by The Express, Savage believes that if one of the big sides offer £80 million for Grealish, then he could move.
He said:
“What are Aston Villa going to achieve? Staying in the Premier League.
“If they achieve that it is going to be a great season for them, they are not winning a cup.
“If Manchester City, Spurs or Chelsea come with a massive offer for Jack Grealish, let’s say £80m, I think he’ll go.
“He’s far better than Aston Villa.”
