Chelsea winger Jeremie Boga became a talked about figure amongst the Chelsea fan base once again yesterday.
The former Blue put in a great performance against Juventus for his new side Sassuolo, and scored a beautifully chipped goal from inside the area.

He’s having a great season, and is really developing into quite the player within the last year.

Good form, brings good talk. Some Chelsea supporters would be keen to see Boga return to the club some day.
He joined Sassuolo for around £4 million, but Chelsea inserted a buyback clause in his contract, knowing that one day he could live up to expectations and they might want him back.

Jérémie Boga doing bits again. Chelsea inserted a buyback clause in his £3.5 million sale to Sassuolo.
He’s really developed, has that rare turn of pace from walking to sprinting that Mr Eden Hazard possesses… 👀 pic.twitter.com/XyoMo6Uvsl

Boga himself has been talking about the prospect of returning to Chelsea in an interview with Foot Mercato.
He believes that he still has a lot to prove over in Italy, but can see himself returning to Stamford Bridge one day very soon, and probably with a point to prove.
He said:
“I have no regrets [leaving Chelsea]. Everything in its time.
“It certainly was not the time for me to play Chelsea. I always keep it in a corner of my head.
“If I continue to do what I do, work hard, maybe I’ll go back one day.”
