It’s been a little while since striker Demba Ba played for Chelsea, but he will always be fondly remembered by Chelsea fans for scoring against Liverpool, after the infamous Steven Gerrard slip.
Ba has always been one with a colourful personality and will sometimes pipe up with a hilarious comment on social media.
The 34-year old is still playing over in Turkey for İstanbul Başakşehir, but he is clearly keeping a very close eye on the goings on in the league that he loved playing in.
He is especially keeping a close eye on the happenings at Arsenal, and has decided to make a hilarious dig in their direction.
Gunners midfielder Mesut Ozil posted messages on Twitter and Instagram critical of China’s policies toward its Muslim Uighur minority, as reported by Reuters.
Arsenal then responded with an official statement distancing themselves from his comments.
Demba Ba decided to use it as an opportunity to make a joke about Arsenal always distancing themselves from the best!
