Chelsea have just beaten Crystal Palace 2-0 in a really competent but unspectacular showing at Stamford Bridge.
They stepped things up when they needed to in the second half, got the job done, and there were a few really outstanding showings along the way.
Tammy Abraham had a quiet game but found the net when it mattered. Pulisic shone up front, and the defence kept a clean sheet again. Reece James was given a chance replacing Cesar Azpilicueta at right back, and he was excellent in keeping Palace’s dangerman Wilf Zaha quiet.
From back to front it was just a really professional game, and fans on Twitter were full of praise for a variety of different Blues, who all made the difference in different ways.

Emerson:
Chelsea use Emerson and Reece James as our starting fullbacks and we keep a clean sheet as well as only conceding 1 shot on target.
Coincidence? I think not. Defensively amazing.

Kovacic:
Kovacic never played this well for entire games at Real Madrid. This is the first time in his career the whole team is playing through him and he's taking full advantage of it.

Even after three years, Kante is still full of surprises. Superb floated pass into the feet of Pulisic with the outside of his right boot #cfc
