Chelsea ‘are willing to offer’ Willian new two-year deal

Chelsea have less than 6 weeks to tie up new contracts for some of their players who’s deals run out in the summer, otherwise they can negotiate joining their next club in January.

One of those players is the much talked about Brazilian, Willian.

The winger is supposedly still in talks with Chelsea over signing a new extended contract with the club, but no agreement has been reached as of yet.

There was thought to be some disagreements with the terms and length of his new deal, with Chelsea usually only offering over 30s 1-year extensions, and Willian reportedly wanting 2 years.

But The Blues had already broken their own rules when they gave David Luiz an extended deal before he left for Arsenal, and if the latest report via The Daily Mail is to be believed, they could be set to break it again.

The publication claims that Chelsea are now willing to offer Willian a 2-year extension.

Time will tell if he decides to stay, or go to one of the alleged interested clubs who are looking to get him for free in the summer.
