Crystal Palace targeting January Batshuayi move that could see Zaha join Chelsea

Crystal Palace will reignite their interest in signing Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi in January, according to the Daily Mail.

The 26-year old is firmly behind Tammy Abraham at Chelsea right now and could well opt for a move to Palace that will see him get more regular game time.

He knows the club well having spent time on loan there last season, and Palace might well think about including Wilfried Zaha in any kind of deal, due to the player wanting out of the club.

Chelsea hold an interest in Zaha and it was reported in August by The Telegraph that they were monitoring the situation, so some kind of swap deal might suit all parties.

The Blues are obviously still transfer banned but hope to have it overturned in time to do business in January should they wish.

Zaha could be used as a winger or a striker meaning he might be seen as a good signing by Frank Lampard and give him extra options in attack.
