Weakened Chelsea must survive Wolves test with injuries all over

This international break always leave fans itching for a return to the action.

The season has just got started, and no sooner have you seen your team back in action then they are taken away from you for two weeks. But Chelsea boss Frank Lampard would definitely take another week if he could.

Chelsea are injury struck up and down the pitch, and another week would do wonders helping us get our strongest team on the pitch.

As it is however, we’re taking on Wolves tomorrow at 3, with a huge number of question marks.

Is Antonio Rudiger ready yet, having played a game for the U23s last week? Has N’Golo Kante shaken off the issues that have been bothering him since the end of last season? Will Reece James and CHO feature for the development squad today?

All of these questions will be answered in the next 24 hours, but whatever the status of our starters, 7 days from now we’ll hopefully be looking a lot closer to full strength.
