Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount has been included in the squad to face Liverpool this afternoon, despite an injury scare midweek against Valencia.
This news was shared by the reliable Matt Law on Twitter this afternoon, where he suggests that Lampard has a decision to make as to whether to throw him into the starting eleven.
Off to Stamford Bridge. Hear Mason Mount is in the Chelsea squad but don't yet whether he will be risked from the start or the bench. Big call for Frank Lampard

Mount has been our best player this term alongside fellow Chelsea academy product Tammy Abraham. Having him unavailable in a game of this magnitude would be a huge blow for us.
Having seen the tackle which inflicted the damage, however, we are surprised he’s even in contention to feature, thus if there’s any risk of him aggravating the injury, we should leave him out.
Lampard trusts him, though, and has relied on him heavily so far this campaign. It would come has no surprised if the Englishman was fast-tracked back into the starting eleven today.
