Chelsea Twitter legend ChelseaChadder struck back, rubbishing the supposed stat and clarifying that NINE representatives of our glorious club have achieved it in the past.
This would be a great stat if it were true. However, there are 9 (nine!) #Chelsea players who have also had a 50+ game streak without losing (at Stamford Bridge).

NINE! And some of the numbers there are unbelievable. Didier Drogba went 80 games at Stamford Bridge without being on the receiving end of a defeat. That is astonishing.
The Bridge used to be such a fortress, as now manager Frank Lampard knows better than most. Let’s hope that someway down the line he can help replicate these figures.
