The travelling Chelsea fans showed their support for Frank Lampard and his players after our 4-0 defeat to Manchester United this afternoon.
While everyone in the away stand will have been really disappointed with the outcome on the opening day of the season, they were not allowing their emotions to get the better of them.

This is what we have in Lampard, which we didn’t with Maurizio Sarri. A manager who will unite the team and fan base, no matter what the results. We have that mutual respect and affection.
While there’s only so many of those results that we will be able to forgive, it’s early days, and the best is yet to come from this Chelsea side. We have to keep the faith and stay behind the team.
