The starting elevens for both competitors have been confirmed for Chelsea’s clash with Norwich City at Carrow Road this afternoon.
Chelsea are in desperate need of a win after picking up just one point in their opening two Premier League fixtures under the stewardship of club legend Frank Lampard.
While there have been encouraging signs in all of our performances to date, that needs to start translating into points or we will fast lose our grip on the league’s top four.
Newly-promoted Norwich, and star striker Teemu Pukki, will be no pushover, but you have to fancy our chances considering the strength of the team we have fielded.
That’s even without N’Golo Kante, who has been deemed unfit to start from the beginning for Chelsea today. Mateo Kovacic comes in for the Frenchman.
