Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount has taken to Twitter to celebrate scoring his first goal for the Blues during his first ever appearance at Stamford Bridge.
Mount looked likely to get a chance this campaign as look as Frank Lampard was given the manager’s job, but few could have predicted that he’d force his way into starting contention so soon.
The Englishman has now started both of our opening Premier League games, including today’s draw with Leicester City, during which he scored his first ever goal for his boyhood club.
