Jorginho is well loved by the Chelsea social media team, probably because of his fantastic reach to fans in Italy and Brazil.
That means plenty of features on the Chelsea official website, including this one today that has his dream five a side team named.
It’s a… pretty odd selection. Usually players go with the best they’ve ever played alongside, along with some of the greatest of all time; while Jorginho has gone for some of his mates, as well as some other… good but not great players.
That means that he includes himself (fair enough), along with fellow Chelsea Brazilians Willian and Emerson. Again, fair enough, you play with them and you’re friends with them.
But the next two are… Radamel Falcao and Robinho. We’re sure the latter would do some serious damage in 5 a side, but it’s still a pretty bizarre pair when you could have, say, Maradona, Ronaldinho, or in fact literally any other player in history.
Oh well, it’s his team! Four Brazilians and a Colombian, sounds like good fun at the very least.
