(Image): Chelsea legend spotted at Stamford Bridge supporting old friend Frank Lampard

Chelsea legend John Terry is in attendance at Stamford Bridge this afternoon to see former teammate Frank Lampard’s first home game in charge of the Blues.

Lampard lost his first two games as Chelsea manager so will no doubt have arrived at the stadium today desperate to bag three points in front of his home supporters.

He ought to be encouraged to have an old friend of his up in the stands, with the TV cameras spotting former captain John Terry hiding underneath his flat cap.

Even with his responsibilities at Premier League counterparts Aston Villa, it’s great to see that JT can still find time to get down to Stamford Bridge and show his support for Lampard.

Let’s hope that he will see Lampard get off to winning ways in front of a home crowd. Mason Mount has has sent him on his way to his first three points in charge.
