Frank Lampard has named his team for the UEFA Super Cup against Liverpool, and he’s surprised everyone with a strong lineup.
We were expecting far more rotation from the novice manager, but instead he’s picked largely the team that took on Liverpool at the weekend.
The notable changes see Christian Pulisic make his debut on the left wing in place of Mason Mount, and Olivier Giroud replacing Tammy Abraham up front. N’Golo Kante’s return stirred a few cheers among Blues fans on social media too.
