Chelsea’s big flop signing may return to the one place he can succeed again

The season moves so fast that it feels like the transfer window closed months ago, but of course it’s still open in most places in Europe until the 2nd of September.

So while Chelsea can’t bring anyone in, they can still send people out on loan, and according to The Sun they are still considering sending one big name out to play elsewhere on loan.

Tiemoue Bakayoko doesn’t look like he’s anywhere near Frank Lampard’s thoughts, and it may suit all parties to send him somewhere in Europe where he’s going to be able to get minutes and hopefully find some form.

This rumour claims that it’s his old club Monaco who will take the risk on the man who was actually superb for them way back in 2016. He earned his move to Chelsea off the back of some lovely showings for the Ligue 1 side in the Champions League, and it seems like the most sensible place to send him for a form of mental and footballing rehabilitation.
