Chelsea have now played two of their 7 preseason games, and the match against St Patrick’s saw a significant step up from the one against Bohemians earlier in the week.
This time we were into the lead comfortably early, thanks to Mason Mount.
The midfielder was interviewed after the game for Chelsea TV’s Matchday Access show, and he gave a very brief and shy response when asked about his feelings.
If he’s going to be a big as star as we hope, he’d better start getting used to being in front of the camera…
