Chelsea may have a transfer ban, but that doesn’t stop fans getting excited about moves we can make in the future.
Don’t forget that Christian Pulisic was signed in January to arrive this summer – we could do exactly the same thing this year. So really there’s only 6 months to go until the thrill of being linked with players really returns.

So instead of getting too hyped up about the players that are on the market this summer, fans are looking ahead to next year. And any young talent who chooses to stay where they are this time around will be top of our list for next summer without doubt.
The first of those to commit like that is David Neres, who shone with the brilliant Ajax team that impressed everyone in the Champions League this year.
He’s said he will stay in Holland another season, which has us all very excited. All we have to do it get to January, line up a deal for next summer, and then start really dreaming again.
