New Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard has declared that every player in his squad will be given a clean slate, and every chance to prove themselves to the new coaching regime.
One player who has been looking to impress during pre-season is £40 million midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, who is back from his season long loan with AC Milan.
The 24-year old signed for Chelsea from Monaco in 2017 and Blues fans expected big things from the highly rated France international. He came in as a wanted man with Chelsea fighting off interest elsewhere after impressing on the world stage in the Champions League.
However, after struggling in his first season, Bakayoko was soon shipped off on loan. But does he now have a chance to break back into the Chelsea squad and nail down his spot?
In a poll via Twitter that generated almost 8,000 voters, the decision was fairly unanimous with 73% of voters believing that the club should sell the former Monaco man.
For an article, Tiemoue Bakayoko….

The decision of course, now remains with Frank Lampard and his staff as they look to make some massive decisions ahead of the new campaign.
