Chelsea need to win this game, and before they’ve even had a chance to score a goal, Kepa has been forced to make a stunning save.
The former Bilbao keeper got up incredibly well to stretch and keep out Troy Deeney’s looping header that looked set to find the top corner. Instead, the stopper was able to get a hand to it and swat it clear of the lurking threats. Great stuff from the world’s most expensive goalie.
We will need more than wondersaves to win this game, but it’s helped us avoid the worst possible start. Then again, with Kante now going off injured… we could be in serious trouble
