David Luiz is set to leave Chelsea this summer, and a loan star has been lined up to replace him

Chelsea are in limbo about what will happen with their transfers next summer, after FIFA imposed a ban on registering new players, but they will have the option to recall some of the players they have on loan to beef up their squad at least.

Kurt Zouma has emerged as one of several players they have on loan that will eventually not return to his loan club or any other interested team for that matter according to the Liverpool Echo.

The France international who is currently on loan at Everton is awaiting word on his future but dreams of consistently wearing the blue shirt at the Bridge.

Having impressed at the Goodison Park this season, playing 35 times for the Toffees and scoring goals with two more assists, Everton are considering signing him on a permanent basis. Marco Silva is reportedly interested in working with the 24-year old for a longer period but that depends on Chelsea’s transfer plans.

As it stands, they will do very well to get him.
