Chelsea can make this Barcelona midfielder this own if two decisions are firmed up this summer

Former Liverpool playmaker Philippe Coutinho is on the radar of Chelsea this summer and the Blues are very keen to make him their number one target if Eden Hazard leaves for Real Madrid.

The Belgium international has confirmed he has spoken to the London club about his future but the world awaits what the decision is. He has always dreamed of playing for Los Blancos and sees this summer as his best opportunity to jump ship according to the Daily Mail, but when he leaves, who comes in to replace him? That’s the question on everyone’s lips.

Chelsea have purchased the services of Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund, confirmed in the early hours of the January transfer window, but the the USMNT forward is not in the Hazard mold – Coutinho is. So the Brazil winger has been contacted by the London giants according to the Daily Mail but the completion of his deal depends on two things.

The Blues must know their final status in the transfer market, despite FIFA upholding the ban via CNN, and then they will also make sure Hazard is off their payroll before sanctioning the deal for Coutinho.
