Marcos Rojo is a very, very lucky boy – as is Willian.
The Argentine flew in recklessly into the ankle of our Brazilian winger, clearly having little intention of playing the ball, rather hoping to hurt his opponent.
He did so successfully, with Willian being left in a bundle on the Old Trafford turf after having his ankle met by the studs of Rojo at full force.

The most remarkable part of this is that Rojo was only shown a yellow card. He’s ended Willian’s afternoon, and maybe his season, and got a yellow card for it.
