Super Frank didn’t become a Chelsea legend by slacking off every time things were going well, and he clearly takes that philosophy forward as a manager too.
Young Chelsea loanee Mason Mount scored three goals for Frank’s Derby this team at the weekend as they crushed struggling Bolton, but that didn’t stop the workaholic manager demanding more from the prodigy.

The Chelsea website has his quotes, and he’s not letting Mason rest on his laurels:
“He was very effective, it’s great for his confidence to score three and we need more from him now,” Frank muttered cautiously in quotes recorded on the club’s official website.
Mason has always been a hard worker, and we’ve never doubted his application or his attitude. So having a top manager like Frank pushing him on will hopefully allow him to maximise his talent just like his coach did.
Derby are right back in the fight for the playoffs, but they can’t afford any more slip ups. They probably won’t need a hattrick every week, but they will need our prodigy to bail them out a couple of more times at least if they want to reach the Premier League.
