With Chelsea’s reported home shirt for the 2019/20 being circulated on social media yesterday – there’s now been an image of the away kit ‘leaked’.
News of Chelsea’s new home shirt was met with mixed reviews. It features a pattern based on the stands at Stamford Bridge, but it’s rather busy and difficult to decipher.

We’re on the fence as to whether this is gorgeous and stylish… or it looks like a polo shirt you were forced to wear to primary school.
It may well be on of those that you need to see on a player before being able to make a final judgement. It’d certainly suit Eden Hazard, that’s for sure.

It does seem as though there’s been a recent trend of us constantly being given questionable home kits. Nike played it safe in their debut season as our kit manufacturer – they’re a little more ‘creative’ now.
Our away kits have been consistently good designs. This may well be another of them…
