Former Chelsea boss could be moving to European giants this summer

Sky Sports are reporting that Antonio Conte is speaking to Juventus about potentially moving to Turin to replace Max Allegri this summer.

There have been endless connections between Conte and various Italian teams, but with the summer approaching these are only likely to be intensified.

It still involved us because we have an ongoing dispute with Conte. His two year contract was due to expire this summer, and we are trying to avoid paying him the full payoff for sacking him 11 months ago by claiming he cost us money on the Diego Costa transfer fee.

It remains to be seen what the results of that case will be, but Conte taking up a big job like Juventus would surely make both sides happier to just accept a compromise.

Allegri is under pressure in Turin because he has failed to win the Champions League once again, but then again Conte’s record in that competition is much worse than his countryman’s.
