Both players found themselves surplus to requirements under Maurizio Sarri and subsequently departed in the January transfer window.
Fabregas in particular has made sure to continually reaffirm on social media that Chelsea remains in his thoughts, in a manner of ways.
Cesc most recently trolled former teammate Danny Drinkwater on Twitter following his drink driving charge, which in truth is no laughing matter.
