Chelsea handed huge boost in efforts to qualify for the Champions League

Chelsea have been given a huge boost to their Champions League qualification hopes – and we didn’t even have to kick a ball to do it!

After a difficult start to 2019, Chelsea fast found themselves in sixth place and desperately scrapping for points in the race for top four.

Though our current situation isn’t quite so grave, following a defeat to Liverpool, we are still sat outside of the top four positions in the league.

Perhaps not for long, however…

With Chelsea scheduled to face Burnley in the Monday night fixture, they head into the game knowing that they have a great chance to get a foothold in the race.

Tottenham, Manchester United and Arsenal ALL lost this weekend, meaning we can end the weekend in third position, albeit with an extra game played.

It’s not often at this stage of the season that all three teams you are competing with slip-up in this manner. We HAVE to take advantage of it tomorrow.
